i need to start thinking before i talk.
i always think something bad is happening
when i know theres nothing bad going on
but the more i worry about whatever the problem is
i can make it worse by freaking out about it so much
that it makes whatever the problem is happen.
i don’t know if that makes sense to anyone else reading this
but it makes sense to me..
